I’ve met and interacted with many of Trump’s employees over the years.
I had a crazy night with some of his female employees when we went out for cocktails after work. After drinking a few drinks, Trump and Melania's jokes and impressions started.
The main point was that Melania is very plastic. Trump's aide to his aide was there, and he was the one who dealt with Melania the most. When I asked him how he liked Melania, he stuck his finger under her throat. He would say the most verbally that Melania doesn’t seem to know the words “please” and “thank you”.
My boss’s wife, like the real estate mogul in New York City, was very involved with charitable causes. He accepted the invitation but canceled it by calling one of his assistants on the morning of lunch. Never to be heard again.
Trump is notoriously obscure, so I think Melania might have thought it was just a woman who ate lunch, but Trump knew it was for charity and didn’t want any of it.

He really comes across as really weird and a bit shy. Trump's people say he's not surprised if he has a mental or personality disorder. He’s nowhere to be found as a bomber and weird, but still weird enough.
She looked quite simple, innocent and a girl to look at as a 16-year-old model in Slovenia, who was probably even poorer and underdeveloped at the time:
